One on One Workshops
One on one workshops have become increasingly popular due to the efficiency and focus that can be attained outside of a group setting. Typically the amount of information covered in one day rivals that of 3 days in a group setting, allowing more productive time spent specifically on topics that only you want to cover. It also allows for questions to be asked and answers discussed openly that you may normally not want to ask in a group setting. Each one on one workshop includes a pre-meeting discussion over the phone to identify what topics you would like covered. They are available as a half day $545 (4 hours) or a full day $895 (8 hours). Conatct me here to discuss options further.
If you have a friend or small group of friends you would like to develop your own custom workshop for, please contact me to chat about options.
Video has fast become an integral part of my business, both in Australia and a part of my international work, and for good reason. There is a lot of demand. I am now running a video workshop to look at all the fundamentals of production, from camera options to frame rates, file types, capture techniques, timelapse, through to editing and delivery for online use. This workshop will be hosted by Back Track Adventures on the 14th and 15th of July in Brisbane. Cost is $295.00. You can find more details HERE.
Each year I work in conjunction with Back Track Adventure Travel to bring a 2 day travel focused workshop that is aimed at helping you understand the theory of photography. More importantly, it gets you out and behind a camera in order to develop your practical skills and understanding of the craft. All information for workshops presented in conjunction with Back Track Adventures can now be found HERE. As always, please feel free to contact me should you have any questions.
If you have a group of friends who would like me to develop a custom group workshop, please contact me to chat about options, costing and material that can be included. This can be anything from a short presentation to extended, in the field workshops aimed at having you behind the camera and learning while ‘on the tools’.
Speaker for Local Interest Groups and Camera Clubs
Through the travel I have done, I have been fortunate to have worked in many challenging and interesting environments photographing and filming a lot of diverse material. I have delivered a diverse range of talks about the work I have done and am happy to discuss topics for your local interest group or club. This can be anything from pure art and visual communication through to in depth technical approaches to image making. I am passionate about helping people develop their skills through practice, research and more practice. Feel free to contact me should you wish to discuss the option for me to be a speaker at your next event.
